Privacy questions

Anything about your data goes to privacy@cramwich.com. What is collected and what is not is set out in the Privacy Policy.

Getting your data out

In the app, open Profile → Account → Download my data. You do not need to ask us for it.

Deleting your account

Profile → Account → Delete account. This removes your courses, tasks, files, study sets and grades.

Billing and subscriptions

Cramwich Plus is billed through your Apple ID. Manage or cancel it in Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us, so reportaproblem.apple.com is the fastest route.

Something came out wrong

AI reads your syllabus, and it is not always right — that is why every extraction is shown for review before it is saved. If it consistently misreads a particular syllabus, send it to support@cramwich.com and it will help us fix it.
