Draft — 31 August 2026

This document is a draft and has not been through legal review. It is published so the text in the app and the text here are the same one.

What we collect

Account information: your email address or the identifier your Apple or Google sign-in provides.

Content you add: courses, syllabi, tasks, files, notes, study sets, and any grades you choose to enter.

Preferences: your study habits, commitments, and notification settings.

AI processing

When you upload a syllabus or generate a study set, the text or file is sent to an AI provider to extract due dates or draft questions. This is stated in-product on the upload screens.

DRAFT — Legal must complete this section before release: name the provider, state retention, state whether content is used for model training, and state where processing happens.

Grades

Grades are optional. If you never enter one, none is stored.

Grades are never included in a notification or a lock screen widget, regardless of your Hide grades setting.

What we do not do

Cramwich does not sell your data.

Focus mode uses Apple’s Screen Time picker. Cramwich never sees, stores, or displays the names of apps you block — only a count.

Course links you save are for one-tap access. Cramwich does not fetch or scan them.

Your choices

You can export your data from Profile → Account → Download my data.

You can delete your account and its content from Profile → Account → Delete account.

Marketing email is opt-in and separate from your agreement to these terms. You can change it at any time.
